A YEAR OF PARTNERSHIP WITH VODAFONE UKRAINE: OVER UAH 2.7 MILLION IN SUPPORT FOR THOSE IN NEED
In June 2024, we marked one year since the beginning of our fruitful partnership with Vodafone Ukraine. This year has demonstrated how a business that shares values of responsibility and humanity can transform lives in collaboration with the public sector.
Together, we implemented six initiatives that impacted people’s lives across ten regions. These included support for large families, aid for hospitals, and training for medical professionals. The total amount of jointly implemented initiatives reached UAH 2,731,000.
But most importantly, it’s about the real changes these projects brought into people’s lives.
🏠 Support for family-type children’s homes
In June–July 2024, six family-type children’s homes received assistance, supporting a total of 48 children. Most of them come from internally displaced families from the Kherson, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
The families received essential items to create a safe and comfortable environment for the children’s growth and development:
• educational technology – modern laptops and tablets;
• furniture for study and home needs – computer desks, beds, wardrobes, and other necessary household items;
• household appliances – water heaters, washing and drying machines, and other equipment to ease daily life;
• emergency essentials for ongoing shelling – power stations and a utility trailer to deliver drinking water to the homes.
This support helped maintain stability and the educational process under the difficult conditions of war and constant power outages.
🏥 Modern equipment for hospitals
Together with Vodafone Ukraine, we provided new medical and rehabilitation equipment to three hospitals, where patients affected by the war in Ukraine receive vital treatment and recovery support:
• Kherson regional children’s clinical hospital received a gynecological electric chair, infusion and syringe pumps;
• Regional center for neurosurgery and neurology in Uzhhorod received a rehabilitation board for occupational therapy and training stairs for gait re-education;
• Vinnytsia regional clinical hospital named after Yushchenko received a Fisiotek 3000 TS passive rehabilitation device.
This equipment has already become a part of the daily work of healthcare professionals, and it is truly improving the quality of care.
♿ Barrier-free therapy
In July 2024, a stationary pool lift (POOL E-185) was installed at the “Halychyna” Rehabilitation Center in Lviv. Now, hundreds of patients undergoing rehabilitation after serious injuries can access water therapy without obstacles, risks, or pain.
Safe conditions are not a privilege—they are a basic need. And now that need is met.
👩⚕️ Training for medical professionals
In August 2024, ten doctors from six cities across Ukraine completed a specialized training course in electromyography—a diagnostic method that is crucial for treating nerve system injuries.
Today, this knowledge is already being applied in hospitals in Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Cherkasy, and Rakhiv. This means higher-quality medical care for those who need it most—right now.

We thank the Vodafone Ukraine team for their trust, their steady support, and their readiness to act where help is truly needed.
This year of cooperation has proven that real change is possible when those who see the need join forces with those who are ready to take responsibility. And we are confident—there are many more good deeds ahead of us, which we will carry out together.
