MEDICINES FOR THE MYKOLAIV CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL (10,081 UAH)
We purchased and delivered medicines for the treatment of children with cancer in the Mykolaiv Regional Children’s Hospital for a total amount of 10 081 UAH., namely Prednisol, Panangin, Tegaderm, as well as consumables in the form of syringes and drip systems.
10 children from 0 to 18 years old are currently being treated in the oncology department. Children undergo an examination and, after a diagnosis, receive protocol treatment.
Hormones (prednisolone) are used in the protocol for the treatment of children with oncohematological diseases, to support the heart during chemotherapy, for its proper operation, the doctor prescribes drugs from the cardiotropic group (panangin), for the correct dosage of drugs to patients, we use echadrop systems, perfusor syringes for dispensers, plaster tegaderm for protection against microorganisms of the intravenous catheter. “It is very important for our patients. This is how they work in all clinics.” – the administration of the institution shares with us.
The assistance was provided within the framework of the “Childhood Cancer” program, which has been operating since 2012.
