A NEW STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT: “SOCIAL PROJECTS CENTER OF FUTURE” HAS BECOME AN IMPLEMENTING PARTNER OF UNFPA

26.12.2025

We are pleased to share important and significant news: our foundation has officially become an implementing partner of UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund). For us, this is not just a status, but a recognition of the professionalism of our entire team and confirmation that we are moving in the right direction.

The Path to Partnership: A Test of Strength and Transparency

Becoming a partner of an organization of this level is a lengthy and highly responsible journey. Our organization successfully passed a rigorous competitive selection process and confirmed full compliance with the strict requirements of the international partner regarding financial management, transparency, and accountability.

As part of this process, we also underwent a micro-assessment. For our team, this was an opportunity to look at ourselves from the outside. We used this experience as a tool to further systematize, optimize, and improve internal processes. Now, our operational standards are even closer to global best practices.

Safety and Ethics: Alignment with UN Principles

A separate and crucial phase of our work focused on ensuring a safe environment for everyone we work with. Immense effort was dedicated specifically to aligning with the ethical requirements and principles of the UN.

The entire team of the “Social Projects Center of Future” successfully completed the specialized course “Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse” (PSEA) provided by UNICEF. To ensure these standards do not remain merely on paper but function in daily operations, we reviewed and updated the foundation’s internal policies and implemented clear response mechanisms. You can read more about our approaches and principles of safe work in the article “Assistance Must Be Safe” on our website.

“For us, zero tolerance for any form of violence or exploitation is the foundation of our daily work, guaranteeing safety for both our team and each of our beneficiaries.”

Training and Professional Growth

The professional growth of our team is an integral, ongoing process of this partnership. We actively participate in specialized training sessions, strategic meetings, and workshops organized directly by UNFPA. This allows us to adopt experience firsthand and integrate advanced tools and approaches.
At the same time, we understand that change begins from within. Therefore, we transform the experience gained into our own educational processes for the team. We analyze the information received, conduct internal training, and step by step implement new standards into our daily workflows.
Through this comprehensive approach, we have acquired unique tools that will help us make our assistance even more targeted, effective, and large-scale.

What Does This Mean for Our Beneficiaries?

The partnership with UNFPA opens up new opportunities for us to implement projects aimed at supporting those who need it most. Together, we will be able to attract more resources, expertise, and international experience to address acute social issues.
We are sincerely grateful to UNFPA for their trust. Ahead lies a lot of work, ambitious plans, and large-scale initiatives. With openness, inspiration, and responsibility, we enter this new phase of cooperation!
