HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES FOR FAMILY-TYPE CHILDREN’S HOMES OF LYUDMYLA DUDNIK AND MARINA ARTEMENKO (23,452 UAH)
On January 17, 2024, we extended our support to two more family-type children’s homes. Various household appliances, totaling 23,452 UAH, were provided to Lyudmila Dudnik’s Family-type Children’s Home and Marina Artemenko’s Family-type Children’s Home.
Marina Artemenko’s Family-type Children’s Home is located in the Kirovohrad region, village Rivne, and has 7 children aged from 4 to 12 years, all of whom are foster.
“Our family dreamed of children to whom we could give love, family values, and education,” shares mother Marina. In 2010, they initially adopted a boy and a girl, relatives to each other. A decade later, the family expanded by taking in 5 more children, transforming their foster family into a family-type children’s home. During the full-scale war, Marina and her husband also welcomed two evacuated children.
Lyudmila Dudnik’s Family-type Children’s Home, established in 2012 in Dnipropetrovsk region, Synelnikove, currently raises 8 children from 10 to 17 years, including 5 foster children.

The family initially took in 6 children from a boarding school, and over the years, they have all completed school with a decent education. Presently, 4 children are in high school, and 4 in secondary school. “Our children are very beautiful and obedient,” says Lyudmila. “They like to draw, play sports, and cook together. Everyone dreams of finishing school soon and entering higher education institutions to pursue the professions of their dreams.”
This assistance was provided within the framework of the “Help to Family-Type Children’s Home” program.
