SUPPORT FOR THE TETIANA SHUTIKOVA FAMILY: CARE THAT CREATES COMFORT

24.12.2025

Last week, as part of our support program for family-type children’s homes, we provided assistance to the family of Tetiana Shutikova, who lives in the village of Holubiievychi, Kirovohrad region. Specifically, we purchased a Beko electric oven, which will become an essential part of this large family’s daily life. The total cost of the purchase was 14,000 UAH.

Five children are being raised in this family, and every day here is filled with chores, responsibility, and love.

The family’s journey began nine years ago when Tetiana and her husband welcomed their first children, Ruslan and Yulia. They were inspired by friends who already had experience raising orphaned children. Seven years later, the family took in three brothers from the same family, at which point they officially became a Family-Type Children’s Home.

The eldest children are now adults: the son is working, and the daughter is studying at a university. Despite all the hardships brought by the war, the parents’ top priority remains the peace and safety of the children. The family dreams of a bright future for every child here in their home country. The children’s dreams and aspirations are what give the parents the strength to keep moving forward every day:

Ruslan is a dedicated student who wants to become a doctor;
Yulia loves to draw, studies hard, and is her mother’s reliable helper;
Bohdan dreams of becoming a chef;
Yehor wants to build houses;
Danylko, though the youngest, is already looking forward to starting school.

We are truly happy to stand by such families and help create cozy and dignified living conditions for these children. Thank you to everyone who joins in supporting family-type children’s homes and changing children’s lives for the better.
