SUPPORT OF SHKUROPAT AND MARCHENKO FAMILY-TYPE CHILDREN’S HOMES

10.11.2023

This month, we helped provide two more family-type children’s homes with the necessary assistance for a total of  21,702 UAH.

A 24.5 liter gas cylinder and a 4.2 kW infrared heater were purchased and delivered at a total cost of  10,268 UAH for Shkuropat family-type children’s home.

8 children aged from 4 to 19 years old are being raised and living in the family, 6 of them are foster. The family lives in the city of Apostolovo, Dnipropetrovsk region, very close to the front line, and therefore the city suffers from constant shelling. The family is preparing for a difficult winter, and the help we have provided will help with long-term power outages.

We purchased and handed over a bunk bed and mattresses (2 pcs.) at a total cost of  11,434 UAH for the family-type children’s home of Marchenko Taisia.

The family has 6 adopted children aged 11 to 19. The Marchenko family was displaced from the Kherson region, now they live in Cherkasy, where the family allocated a house for living, but, unfortunately, it did not have conditions for living in it, there were no furniture, household appliances, etc. The family began to live in a new house on their own home, but help is always needed.

The assistance was provided within the framework of the support program for family-type children’s homes.
